How do I join?

Joining The Hook Up rewards program is easy and free! If you already have an account with Harper Wilde, just log in to start earning points. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up with your email at harperwilde.com to get started.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through purchases and other activities, such as creating an account, following @harperwilde on Instagram, or completing multiple purchases. For a full list of ways to earn points, see the "Ways to earn" section of this page.

How do I view my points balance?

Log into your Harper Wilde account to view your points balance and tier status at any time. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up with your email at harperwilde.com to get started.

I completed an activity but don’t see my points—what should I do?

If you think there’s an issue with your points, contact our customer support team at support@harperwilde.com, and we’ll review your account. Please allow up to three business days for any adjustments.

How many reviews can I earn points for?

Members can earn points for up to 100 product reviews total. Once 100 reviews have been submitted and rewarded, additional reviews are always welcome, but they will no longer earn points.

Redeeming

How do I redeem my points?

Before completing your order, you’ll have the option to apply points at checkout for discounts on your purchase.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?

Yes, you can redeem up to 900 points per transaction, as long as you have enough points in your account.

What happens if I redeem points for an order and then return that order?

If you return an order where points were redeemed, the points used for the purchase will not be reissued. Additionally, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Can I combine my points with other discounts?

No, points cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts.

How can I share my referral URL?

To refer a friend, log into your Harper Wilde account and go to the referral section. Share your unique referral link, and when your friend makes a first purchase of $40+ and redeems their free bra, you’ll also receive a promo code for free bra from our Bliss or Base Collection.

Other

What if I choose to leave the program?

We’d hate to see you go! If you decide to leave The Hook Up, contact our team at support@harperwilde.com to opt out. Please note that once you leave, all earned points and rewards will be removed from your account.

Can I join The Hook Up if I live outside the U.S.?

Currently, The Hook Up is only available to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. If you change your shipping address to an ineligible location, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem points.
